Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at support@bigbeautifultees.com along with the details of your order and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bigbeautifultees.com.

Shipping

Our t-shirts are designed from our home studio in Chicago, and printed at the time of order at various locations across the USA. We strive to expedite orders quickly. What you should know:

PROCESSING TIME: 3-7 business days

The bulk of our orders are processed in 2-3 business days. If you have a question about your order, you can reach out via our contact form. We're typically pretty good about returning emails during the same business day (weekdays 9-5pm CT) and will sometimes even reply after hours.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

TRANSIT TIME: The time it takes your shirt to travel from the printing facility to the delivery address is approximately 4-7 business days for standard shipping within the United States. We're not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

MISSING PACKAGES: If your order is marked as delivered but you can't find it please double check around your residence and with neighbors to make sure the package wasn't hidden or delivered to the wrong address. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at support@bigbeautifultees.com within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered and we can assist.
